Я полагаю, в живых несколько сот свидетелей. В основном в Лиепае. Ну и какие-то советские моряки тоже могли дотянуть.
Любые бои и даже простая стрельба до 22 июня - хуйня. Местное сопротивление выступило только после начала немцев.
